    Managing the marketing of vacant units, screening potential tenants, negotiating lease terms, and renewing leases.

  • Maintenance and Repairs

    Oversee property upkeep, coordinating regular maintenance, repairs, and emergency services.

  • Rent Collection and Financial Management

    Collect rent, manage late payments, and handle evictions if necessary. Prepare budgets, and financial reports, and manage property-related expenses.

  • Legal Compliance and RTB Hearings

    Ensure the property complies with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws, safety standards, and landlord-tenant laws. Handle all aspects of RTB hearings, including representation, documentation, and post-hearing actions.
